Acceptance and Applicability of Terms

By accessing the aq999 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to all users in Bangladesh. aq999 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and aq999.
Users must be at least 18 years of age.
It is each user's responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
These Terms & Conditions are published in Bangla; in the event of any discrepancy in translation, the original Bangla version shall prevail.

Account Creation, Security & Personal Information

To register on aq999, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your username and password strictly confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to aq999 immediately.

A valid mobile number or email is required
Must be a resident of Bangladesh

Account Security

Use a strong password
Never share your password with anyone
Report any suspicious activity immediately
Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on the aq999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). We support the mobile banking methods commonly used in Bangladesh for both deposits and withdrawals.

All deposit and withdrawal requests may take time to process. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for withdrawals. Funds will only be returned to the same account from which the deposit was made.

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are set by aq999 and are subject to change.
Aq999 reserves the right to investigate any fraudulent or suspicious transactions and may place a hold on such transactions as necessary.
Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account are strictly prohibited.
Any exchange rates and fees applicable to currency conversions are the sole responsibility of the user.
Any transaction disputes must be raised with the aq999 support team within 30 days.

Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities

The aq999 platform may only be used for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. Any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity is strictly prohibited.

All users must comply with the following rules:

Attempting to hack or manipulate any software, algorithm, or game system on the platform is strictly prohibited.
Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account is strictly prohibited.
Posting any offensive, discriminatory, or abusive content on the platform is strictly prohibited.
The aq999 platform must not be used for money laundering or any other illegal purposes.
Users must treat one another with respect.

In the event of a violation, aq999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the account and may take legal action if necessary.

Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property Policy

Aq999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

For violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Registering with false or incomplete information.
Evidence of fraudulent activity or illegal transactions.
At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
After an extended period of inactivity (as per the designated inactivity threshold).

Whether any remaining balance is refunded upon account closure is subject to aq999's investigation and sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the aq999 platform — including logos, designs, software, game content, text, and graphics — is protected under the intellectual property rights of aq999 or its respective licensors. Copying, distributing, or modifying any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability, Third Parties & Governing Law

Limitation of Liability

The aq999 platform provides services on an "as is" basis. aq999 shall not be directly liable for any service disruptions caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or any other reason. aq999 will not provide compensation for any financial losses arising from gaming or betting.

Third-Party Links & Services

The aq999 platform may include third-party services or links. aq999 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external sites or services. Users access third-party services entirely at their own risk.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts in Bangladesh. Should any provision of these terms be found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
